I'm looking for a cheap black CRT monitor for rmy son's PC. Does anyone know where I could get one for under £50 ?

There's always a load of Dell 17" CRTs around as they come with the cheaper Dell machines. I've seen new ones for sale on forums for £30-40, with postage being another tenner or so. Have a look at eBay.
A quick search brings up this one on eBay. Refurb 17" for £30 delivered. There are new ones for around £40 delivered.0 -
