Right to Buy - Will i need a deposit

Will I need a deposit on the house to the value of 10%, or will it just take in the discount we have against market price as the deposit.

Expected price is £54,000-56,000 with market value around £85,000.

Obviously were best to put down as much as possible to reduce loan amount, but were looking to swap the car immediately as its used for an 80mile commute daily to work.

You should not need a deposit although this might to be the case if you have poor credit, non standard construction type etc.
