I've been trying to register to get my free £5 but when it comes to address it just will not go down to my address, it stops 4 houses before mine - what's the deal?

    Pepperpot try the contact number....0845 412 5000 or 07953 966150 customer care.
or 0208 2145000 which is a head office switchboard they might redirect you internally.
    Hope it works for you.

Thanks.Just logged on and noticed that I was paying 10p per text so I've just changed my tariff to text appeal and now I should only pay 3p per text.Plus £5 credit. Nice find.

"This offer is open to all pay as you go customers who sign up and log in to My T-Mobile during June or July 2008."

Nothing about new customers as far as I can read on the site.

It does say that we have to use it within 30 days and they will text when it has run out or when 30 days have gone by, whichever is sooner.

My registration went through fine. Will post again when it is applied .

Really? Is that why when I top up I get £10 free credit for the following weekend. And if I top up £50 in 90 days get 20% free credit. And got £1 free credit as compensation for them sending a few too many promotional texts last week ;)
