yes, indeed they have (as i just repeated..sorry!) they also have a portuguese lager called 'Super Bock' on offer at £5 for 2 x 330ml 6 packs abv 5.6%, which is imensley drinkable and per litre pleasing too!;)

Asda mucked my order up today, i had an order for 6 cases of mangers bottles, 6 x750ml they sent me 6 cases of mangers 6 x 568ml by mistake, i told the driver that i am not paying the same price for these as the bigger one as it works out 6552 ml short for the same price, he offered to refund me on one case i said 2 cases ,he said he could only do it on one so i refused them, i said 6552 ml is about 11 and a half bottles short and you want to refund me for 6, so i refused to except them, then i phone the shop direct and had a word with home shopping manager and i told he i wanted a refund for 2 and delivered today as i was having a barbecue, he agreed and said he would deliver them himself today,


later came and then he had changed his mind ,saying the duty manager said he could not do that, but instead offered me 2 extra 1 litre bottle as well for the same price, i stated that i was 6552 ml short and you offer me 2000ml as a replacement, he said that they worked it out and this was the equivalent, (they need a maths lesson) i was very angry and told him what he could do with his order and shut the door,


5 hours of waiting around for nothing,

i will be phoning home delivery manager tomorrow for an explanation

bargain bonus is that the packaging has an offer of a 'free' chiller glass (one of those things you put in the freezer to provide an extra cool beer) for 3 tokens, and you get to choose fosters, kronenbourg, san miguel, strongbow or john smiths branding! ooh which to choose!

3 boxes of Stella at Tesco for £20 works out at 67p a pint - try getting that down your local. (prompts wise cracking poster who claims all beer except his favourite "Vicar's Knob" tastes like dishwater)
