CCJs and Debt Collectors

Hello
I have not used thist site before, but hopefully someone can help. My previous creditor, GE Finance took me to court, and I was supposed to pay £5 a month, which I couldnt even pay. Since the court, I have moved probably 4 times, and I randomly receive (4 yrs after going to court) a letter from Debt Managers Ltd, who bought my debt off Aktiv captal. Im wondering, if I make contact wth them and try and pay off a few pounds a month, as I already have an unsatisfied CCJ with this debt, could they just go straight back to court since I have the CCJ and get bailiffs? Or can they not do that and I can negotiate with them as they were not the original company who got the CCJ?
Cheers
