Yes it is very frustrating when this happens...I had my electric toothbrush then forgot to add my phone number so by the time I'd resent the info (all of 5 secs) they had sold out...it's a shame that once you have started the payment process thay will not hold the basket...but then if we wanted the boots site to work perfectly we would never see these bargains!!
