It's described as a competition but the free holidays are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so there isn't actually any 'competition' aspect to the offer.

It is the same promotion that's been mentioned on here over the past month (and indeed over the past couple of years!)

I am so excited as I am going away at new year and could not really aford to go away again. has anyone been to the prestatyn one, Is it ok?

Thanks so much for posting this Sarah, I missed out on getting one of these the other day! But my little mole on MSE pm'd me this link and I called it right away!

When I phoned they asked were I would like to go.... Brean Sands is the closest one from us. He then asked when I would like to go..... I asked "what he had available"..... (never state certain dates... see what they have to offer first:D).

The geezer said he only had two dates left for the FREE breaks at Brean Sands, the first being 9th June:eek: (mon-fri) and the only other available one was for the following Monday!

Told him I couldn't possibly make either of these dates and he said he could offer me another date if we were willing to upgrade which meant paying £40.

Knowing that he "budget" accom. are all seedy dives, I jumped at paying the upgrade fee!

So we booked it for July 14th :j......

It gets better :rolleyes:

He took my payment and told me the reference number etc - asked if I had any further questions...

I then asked how close the apartment was to the main complex as I am disabled - he said he had booked me in a first floor apartment which he would change to ground floor.... put me on hold for a few mins.....came back and said there were no ground floor ones left unfortunately so he has had to upgrade me again :rotfl:at no extra cost

And instead of sleeping just 4 people, it sleeps 5:j(3 bedrooms)

Double bed... double sofa bed.... bunk beds... and a single ! Bath & shower! As opposed to just a bath if I took the budget accom.

And as it is the week before the school holidays ALL the entertainment will be on as some schools break up the week before most!!!!

I am made up to say the least!

I have been desperate for a break, never been on holiday abroad - or anywhere for that matter:rotfl:(we don't get out much her in Cornwall you see)!!!

The little Savage is over the moon also and she got to call her best mate and ask if she wanted to come on holiday with us:j

I feel like I have won the bloody lottery :rotfl:

(yesterdays win of a sparepair of knickers has proven a god send as we will be visiting Longleat.. and there's some bad ar-sed monkey's there);)

well done everyone, i wanted brean sands but was told they had all gone, i have got one in southport, do you think if i called them up they would swap it so we can go to brean sands, southport bit far for us.
