    i am using vista with IE7 and i have not had an problems logging on to quidco,
    maybe your antivirus is blocking the site or your firewall if you are using one,

    A problem with IE7? (wirehair which version are you using?)

    Edit: crossposted with baccyman, so it's not IE7.

    I have no antivirus or firewall on my other laptop, so it's not that.

    This is a strange one ...

    Sod's law.....I've just managed to get on! 10 minutes after posting this lol (I am on IE6)

    Sod's law twice, the elephant cashback has dissapeared :(

    no joy for me on IE 7 and firefox is telling me :
    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
    * This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

    Probably their servers are playing up.

    Try clearing your cookies file and hitting the site again.
