    Hi Gazroe and Runnybabbit

I had to laugh at your reply Runnybabbit because I did actually have to go to the cardiology dept last year - heart palpitations, irregular heartbeat and such like caused by stress. lots of monitoring and tests and i'm ok now i think. was a very bad year, but I reckon if i can smile about it now (with the added aid of antidepressants I admit!!), then I'll be ok wont I?

Thanks Gazroe for the tip on CCA. I'd never even heard of this before, but have now read up about them on other forums so will send the template letter tomorrow. from what the lady at hsbc told me, they have no paperwork on it at all so hopefully this will work against them.

I feel much stronger now than I was last year (lots of other stuff going on then, not just the debt stuff) so am more willing to try and sort it out, although I must admit that I had that old sick feeling when I opened their letter the other day.

Hi Cheryl, This is a hard lesson to learn to all - I work in a Cardiology dept so see lots of situations caused by stress, as well as others obviously. We take your health issues extremely seriously, so for my sake, please, look after yourself, I doubt for one minute that HSBC would be bothered about your health, albeit it means that their payment might be delayed. If I could use the icons I'd give you a big hug, so there's one on the way for you.
:D Opinions are like bottom holes, we all have one :D
