I mentioned this on my other winning thread but wanted to thank you in a new thread. Not sure which comp I won from but I won a YogaBugs book which is Yoga especially for children.
Its a perfect win for me as my son has Tourette Syndrome and Yoga is something that is recommended for relaxation and I have been meaning to find out more about Yoga for him and this gives me no excuse not to as its suitable for kids. My other two children will also benefit from it.
