Hi,not Sure If Anyone Can Enlighten Me,, Currently Looking To Move House And As I Have Taken A Couple Of Years Out To Bring Up Our 2 Young Children Now Looking To Take Out A Capital And Interest Mix Mortgage, Possibly 70 Pc Repayment And Remaining 30 Pc On Interest Only.in The Mean Time Would Like To Try And Save Any Spare Cash I May (or May Not!) Have Towards Repaying Remaining Capital.
What Is The Simplest Most Gaurenteed Way Of Doing This As Endowments Seem A Definate No-no, And All Isa And Pension Policies Completely Confuse Me As They Seem To Also Carry A Degree Of Risk.can Anyone Recommend The Best Saving Plan Available Which Will Gaurentee Me All My Money(and Hopefully A Bit More) Back.
