Hi all
I am having a dinner party tonight and cooked my lamb shanks in my slow cooker last night. I read a recipe somewhere that suggested doing this then re-heating in the oven to crisp up to skin rpior to serving.
However I now can't find the bl00dy recipe:mad: Any ideas as to how long and what Gas# to cook them on so that they don't dry out???

Hi Amanda,
I made lamb shanks for dinner last night and they really don't need to be crisped up in the oven if you have already browned them before slow cooking, as the slow cooking will have melted the fat. I would just cover the lamb with foil and reheat at about 200 degrees until it's piping hot.
