What a lovely win, but I would never wear shoes that cost that much!! Hopefully they'll be able to arrange delivery, if it didn't mention going to london in the t&c then you shouldn't have to.

On reflection... I suppose they aren't the kind of thing you'd normally be able to buy and it would be fab to tell people you had a pair! I still would be very scared of wearing them!

They have replied & said they will pay the train fare to go get them - WOW

Hopefully now I'll be able to sort something out, need to give them 6 weeks notice though of when I want to go.

That's brilliant news. Is there a way for you to maybe make a weekend of it? There are some quite cheap places to stay if you have a good look around.

So pleased it's worked out for you.

hi princessmoneysaver!! i won on the same comp today but a bag and i had to ring up to confirm the colour i wanted, she mentioned nothing about having to pick it up, she even rang back to confirm my post code!

I think its because you won shoes and will need to go and try them on?! or maybe they send out a generic letter as mine had the same details and sometimes cant stick to their stipulations?!

well done though- love the gold ones!
