I have had a "one account" since 1991, it seems good to me but am i doing the right thing. Over the last couple of years i hane been reducing my borrowings at a rate of over £1400 per month.:rotfl:
My worry is am i making the best use of my spare cash??. My mortgage would be paid of in 4 years at this rate
Any advice would be welcome

Is there something else you would rather spend your money on?
Do you have an investment you could funnel your overpayments into instead that would pay you a return equal to your mortgage interest rate net of income tax?0 -
Thanks but i have nothing i want at this time. Can you sugest any savings / investment that would give 6.35% plus i am a 40% tax payerJust A Grumpy old Jedi0

By my calculation you would need an investment paying 10.58% gross.
I would stick to overpaying your mortgage.0
