I have some footage of our baby daughter that we shot using an old video camera onto compact video cassettes. I want to get them copied onto a CD-Rom or a DVD.
Any ideas? Ideally I need to take the tape to a high street shop to get it done, but don't know who could do it.
help please!

do you have a modern PC? If so then buy a TV tuner card which allows you to connect and record from a VCR. The TV tuner comes as a card which is fitted inside the computer. You can also get a TV tuner box which sits on a desk and you connect it to the pc using usb.
