Anyone Done An Iva With Payplan ??

Currently in DMP with PayPlan but keep getting hassle from creditors still.

Need to sort things out am considering BR but was wondering if anyone had done an IVA with PayPlan and how much help they are.

If not could anyone recommend who to do an IVA with?....I have read Martins guide to IVA's....so am looking for opinions now?

I think that CCCS do IVA's too so it may be worth trying them for a second opinion just to make sure that an IVA is right for you.

Can't help on the IVA side but I am currently on a DMP and I'm still getting hassle from creditors. Think it takes a while for it to settle down. Some of my creditors have been brilliant and some just hassle. I just ignore the ones hassling me.

No experience with payplan, but can i ask why they put you on a dmp and not an IVA? Have your circumstances changed or is it all just getting to you?

Don't let the creditors get to you. I did for a while but I just ignore them now as they can't have what I don't have. They will always try and get you to pay more. Things do tend to settle down though.

An IVA is only suitable for a small percentage of people - do you have assets to protect?

I would suggest you call CCCS and National Debtline to get some other opinions.

Do you have particular queries or just wondering what Payplan will be able to do for you?

As you are currently on a DMP right now, have you requested the CCA from all loan and CC debts that are with DCA's?

Have you reclaimed bank or CC charges? Checked that you weren't missold PPI?
