advice needed please

Please can anyone advise how I should approach my bank---HSBC
I have 2 accounts with them & have had a reasonable relationship with them for over 11 years
business account which needs £1000 to clear temporary overdraft by next week [overdraft increased after discussion with bank re circumstances leading to need for extra cash] will explain later if relevant
Just can't clear it by then
To make matters worse our joint personal account is £1000 into unauthorised overdraft due to mismanagment by me & the bank paying out DD'S
Have spoken to the bank about this & am waiting for confirmation of loan to cover overdraft & credit card, doubt that i will get it
this is a basic scenario, there are reasons & circumstances relating to these debts, but don't want to make my post too long & am really desperate for advice
I am slogging away throwing every bit of spare cash at the bank, but it's too little too late
Business & household expenses also have to covered
The overdraft on the business account won't be needed by the end of June, husband's salary will be paid into joint account on the 20th.
We do have other debts, but I felt that after reading all your excellent advice over the last 2 years I was making some headway

I really feel a failure, scared to answer the phone or open my post
Worried sick about what the bank may do
Please advise if possible
I hope this post is relevent to this thread & that I've posted it ok
it's my first post!

Is there anyway you can get and extension on the temp o/d on the business account?? What about getting the unauthorised o/d on your personal account made official?? The charges on the unauthorised o/d must be extortionate.
