Hi
Our daily routine is as follows:
Me and DS leave house at 7.30am
OH gets up 1ish
Me gets home 5.30-5.45pm
OH leaves 5.45pm
Put DS to bed 7.00pm
crash in an exhausted heap 7.10pm - cannot summon the energy to cook.
OH comes home 6am...an so we begin again
Basically I LOVE cooking, but it's as if I've lost my mojo! I have no inclanation to cook for myself......
Any ideas?
Sarah

How about batch cooking at the weekend when you have a bit more energy - cottage pie, lasagne, curries, stews, small pizzas, etc. - portion the meals into individual dishes and freeze. Home-made readymeals! Then you can just stick them in the microwave when you're too tired to do any "proper" cooking.[0

get a slow cooker, can get it chucked in and turned on before you go out and then you have some for OH to have just before you get in and some for you. and then you can freeze the extra for "ready" meals
my personal fave for knackered days tho is toasted sarnies or scrambled eggs, nothing beats simple when you just need something filling
