Need some advice or knowledge, i have passed my cemap 1 and 2 and need to know if you need to constantly be doing top up exams, as am running my own business and will not be entering in this market for the next year but will be studying constantly.

Not as such. After you've done CeMAP you could always do Advanced CeMAP. The real learning starts on the job.
Why on earth you'd want to be entering into the mortgage market at this point in time is another matter entirely.0
