Remortgage advice - Anyone got a calculator!

OK, quick summary. Have a mortgage with Abbey part repayment part IO, coming out of benefit from 5/12/05. Car loan with Abbey and an endowment.
The current monthly costs from December will be
Mortgage £1005.86
Loan £275.18
Endowments £108.20 & £54.70.
The thought is would I be better off using the endowments to settle the loan and reduce mortgage amount outstanding a little, then convert whole mortgage to repayment.

Mortgage term left 17yr 3m.
Best mortgage offer from Abbey BofE+0.49%. Booking fee £399.
Loan. £14000 taken over 5yrs at 6.9%APR. Costs £275.18 per month.

Endowments. Scottish Amicable (Now Pru).
£65,000 ends 12/2021, surrender value £10240.77. Costs £108.20 p/m
£33,500 ends 07/2023, surrender value £4069.20. Costs £54.70 p/m
