end of fixed rate - fix again how long what rate?

hi all,

I'm coming to the end of my fixed rate deal (end of july).

I'm not sure what to do fix again str8 away , or wait and see if interest rates are going to go down.

If i do fix im unsure of how long to fix for 2,3,5 years.

what are your opinions do you think interest rates will continue to fail? or will inflation continue to keep it up?

base rate is low anyway and wasn't moved today by the MPC.

fixed rates have risen over the last few months due to the lack of liquidity in the market and lenders "managing volumes of applications"(?)

you really need to find a quality whole of market broker, ask friends and family if they can recommend one and consider what your priorities are for your monthly budget.

    good luck
