As the SA put the items through she picked up the GWP after the two No7 bottles and said 'this is free isn't it' and it went through as zero even though at that point I had only scanned 18.00 worth of No 7 (and that was BOGOF). Has any one 'accidently' not reached the minimum spend and got the GWP?

no NC bags (have not seen any in Peterboroough since the offer began)
Only one other Sanctuary item reduced (a glass jar of floral bath stuff?)
too heavy to buy lol!.

Hi - no you can't I'm afraid - the nail varnishes will have to be on seperate transactions - so none will total over £20.

don't think you can as have to be done as seperate transactions to get the £5 off each item and the £20 spend has to be in one transaction.
You could always try and then say OOPs if you get it wrong !

I had similar problems, SA tried to scan it wouldn't work. He walked away and studied it, then came back with another SA who asked where I got it from. Told her it was by email. He entered it manually and it worked.

Yes!! Got Nail varnish for 62p.
I had forgotten about the 10% discount.

Nail varnish was £6.25. less 10% = £5.62 less £5 = 62p to pay.

I did another one and this had to be scanned too. It was only a small branch and they did not carry the miracle range, so did not try any more.

As SA was doing the second transaction a young woman came in with another voucher, so it looks like they were in for a long day, as she was (trying) to buy a reduced lip gloss :rolleyes:

Just to let you know how i got on today, The SA's refused to give me my extra no.7 product that i had missed out on 342 i explained that i had spoken to cutomer services but because i had also used £5 pc voucher they stood firm and said you can't have two offers eg. 342 and £5 off I asked them to ring daniel at customer services and gave them a ref number i had written down they she went away got 2 other sa's in on it and thank goodness they let me having it without ringing CS.


I also tried to use my emailed £5 voucher but got the dredded bleep, The SA ( a different one) went over to get the n0.7 SA it took ages but i finally got the lip gloss for free:j the till told her to give me 62p change but she wouldn't lol didn't expect them to but it was funny seeing her face.

My store is very naughty no 3 4 2 signs were up at all and no signs about the NC or med GWP either prob because they didn't have either.

Any of you getting them in notts i really want them.
