Well I've had a really great morning! Decided to hit the Boots first thing in the morning to avoid people standing between me and what I'm looking at.
So I first checked the ACM and printed off a coupon for 200 points when you spend on photoframes etc and also the Trevor Sorbie offer where you get an item free when you buy from the full size Long hair range. Sauntered over to Trevor Sorbie and selected TS Long hair shampoo for natural curly hair and also the Long hair conditioner for curly hair.
Found a pack of Boots 250 Photo Corners in my basket, remembering what I had read on here about the offer working even without albums/photo frames.
Also found a Natural Collection tub of Lemon and apple(?) cream (that swirly day-glo stuff!) reduced to £1.75 so popped that in and a Natural Collection purse (the GWP one, although I actually managed to pick up the correct one this time you'll be pleased to hear!).

Then over to No 7 :rotfl:
Used 6 x £5 off printed vouchers (thanks pollsdolls) and ended up with
Amazing eyes pencil (brown) for £2.00
No 7 Nail and cuticle care for £1.25
No 7 Colour Miracle varnish for £1.50 (chocolate)
No 7 Quick cover concealer for £2.00
No 7 Stay Perfect varnish for £1.25 (taffeta)
No 7 Stay Perfect varnish for £1.25 (Very Petal)
I had approached the SA and asked if she would rather me bring everything at once to the till as I had a *few* LOL vouchers. She asked me what kind so I showed her one and she said she hadn't seen any like that before but they looked just fine. She took all the items and just re-inserted my card etc as we went through them all. When we got to the Very Petal varnish I asked her to try the 250 points off No 7 cosmetics (out of the GWP) so that went through too.
As others have said the original price doesn't show up on the receipt just the new (very low) price. So I spent £9.25 at No 7 counter and walked away with £39.25 worth of cosmetics plus 28 normal points and 250 from the GWP coupon.
So today I got £56.96 worth of products for £16.98! :rotfl:
The No 7 SA noticed me looking at the Liplicious thingies and said they were reduced (there was only one there for approx £4.?? in a colour I didnt fancy) because they were being discontinued so it may be worth having a look to see if your local store have any. I asked her to try it against a £5 voucher (could always give it to someone else! LOL) but it wouldnt work and I was trying to spend as little as possible.
PS Are there any smart ways around spending £10 for the Med stuff only there were a couple of the free gifts that had been stocked up this morning only I couldnt decide if it warrented paying another tenner.
Im also on the look out for a matt eyeshadow cos all of the No 7 ones are shiny or glittery which is not a good look if youre getting on a bit and dont want to draw attention to any wrinkles thank you very much. Asked the SA and she said they had none.
:T i am impressed!!
i have printed 5 vouchers in my purse but was scared of trying more than one...even tho i do not have money this week to waste in boots....and even tho i am going in an our to warrington for a big change :T :T :rotfl: Can't decide how many to try
this tinted moisturiser out of the GWP is gorgeous :T0 -
jellybaby or anyone i know another question lol
If i take 2 £5 no 7 print v to the till with two purchases of no7 make up coming to £20 will they put it through in one transaction letting me have a GWP with using 2 £5 vouchers? or would i have to do two transactions and not get the GWP...

I am new to all of this but these vouchers look professional LOL and also state quite clearly that it's one per transaction NOT per customer. So I say use as many as you can afford like pollsdolls said to me earlier.
Re: tinted moisturiser, it sure is and Im going to return to get some of that for £4.50 when I get chance. Still wondering how to use my 350 points against washing stuff and the 200 points for suncare, spending as little as possible but with stuff I will use and qualifying for another GWP. (Which then means another 250 points to use along with the £5 voucher against cosmetics..if my head is working right.)0 -

Im pretty sure the £5 vouchers need to be done in separate transactions. Sorry.0 -
Val I only used the one voucher with her. Went to another till first to pay for 1st nail varnish and other bits no problems.
2nd time with No7 SA whilst she went to the office I doubled back to the No7 counter and grabbed a concealer and paid at yet another till.;)
I'm waiting for CS to ring me back.
Why bother with all the paying at different tills? As long as you only use one voucher per transaction then it's legit according to the T&Cs. My local No7 SA happily did me four seperate transactions yesterday so I could get four eyeshadows with four vouchers. Perhaps it's all the shifty-looking running around that's making them look at you strangely rather than the vouchers?Val.0 -
Hi all,
Had a quick scan through and couldn't see this mentioned.
In this months glamour magazine, there is a coupon for a free gift WYB No 7 mascara. WYB the new No 7 Dream Las Jet Black Mascara online you can get a free beauty toolkit (brushes, tweezer, file, nail scissors). just go to www.boots.com/no7. Valid from June 5th to June 17th.
Not sure if this is the mascara that everyone found to be irritable? Just thought I'd mention it. And also, WYB Glamour for £2 you get a free Benefit lipgloss, which is lovely!

I also used 6 vouchers today with one SA. She was more than happy to do separate transactions for each item and when I said it was a shame it was wasting so much of her time she assured me it was absolutely fine.
Can I just ask if anyone is re-sizing these vouchers? The ones I used today were a bit large but I have now changed them to fit 4 per A4 page. Will this new size be ok?0 -
