Hi all,

I have a few debts from a while back and am trying pay them each a small amount each week was wondering if i could get some sort of loan (i have terrible credit) that will let me pay them off in one go and then only have one payment going out.

I have tried for a capital one card but was turned down

Any help is much appreciated

If you are not paying any interest on your debt then u dont need a loan. 1200 is a relatively small amount and getting a loan with your current credit record would double the amount you owe by another £700 at rate of 29.9% which your are more likely to get. I would suggest you speak to your creditors and try and offer a reduced final settlement figure which i can guarantee they would accept for example offer to pay about £600 as full and final settlement.

Dont be fooled loans are not normally the easy way out. it merely extends the debt.

    I owe £3233 @ 0%
  • i agree with this completely for the sake of £1200 even if you still have to pay this amount i would struggle on with this payment and get it cleared.

The interest rates that would be charged for someone in your circumstances are extortionate and you would end up in probably a worse state than you are now.

I too have been here and i know its a struggle but you will get there in the end!

FIGHT ON and dont let these companies get the better of you!
