Over eaters support thread

As we have other support threads I was wondering if anyone who over eats wanted to come here for support.

I will put my hand up and say that I am over eater. I have been large most of my life. I think the smallest I have ever been is a size 16.

Also I will admit :o that I ate 12 fox's aniseed sweets yesterday and a couple of wodges of sandwich ham that I really did not need on top of my meals.

Yours

I am trying to control my over-eating. I am a dinner lady and bring lunch home with me, plus puddings if there are any extra. I brought home 1 big slice of cake and 2 choc muffins the other day, as well as half a baguette. i ate the fluffin lot in one sitting, but when I'm hungry i can't seem to stop myself.

What is the answer? i have started running and going to aerobics tonight for the first time. I have been good for the last 2 days, but i don't have any will power.

i have to say, i can binge eat for england at times, especially when it comes to chocolate and buiscuits etc, i have found weightwatchers is working for me though, have managed to loose nearly 3 stone since january (just 1.5lbs off the 3 stone mark as i have lost 40.5 lbs) and have gone from a size 16/18 trousers to 10/12

have completly started to change my attitude towards food! and i dont feel deprived at all, as still have my treats etc, and feel a hell of a lot better for it, plus i have started swimming before work again which i am really enjoying
