I have to commit myself to an offer from the Prinicipality. This was offered to me a few weeks ago. However I am interested to see if there are any new offers that would beat it on the market at the mo.
Only after a rough idea, to make sure the deal is OK. If it is a bad un I'm happy to start again and do my own research.
Details:
£122000
5 year fixed @ 5.89%
No fees
Thanks for your eagerly anticipated opinions!

Yep, about right, bring it on!i was tempted by their offer in the paper for 5.69% a few weeks back but i was 70% ltv and it was 60& ltv. their offers are good and thats in line with the going rates. i managed to get accepted on abbeys 5.61% 5 yr deal this week. but 999 fee.
i'd say go for it.0 -
It looks pretty good to me (just gut feeling).
There are a number of other offers out there that are in the same ball park but you need to look in detail at fees on each one to see which combination works out best.
Remeber to include application, valuation, legal, exit, CHAPS fee and fee for no taking their home insurance etc.0 -
Thanks for the comments, it sounds prundent to continue with this offer.
All the best DG (commitment phobe)!0
