Don't know if I'm posting this in the right place but I thought that if anyone knows about Quidco, it would be you guys! Please feel free to point me in the right direction if there is a better place for my query.
I got my car insurance through them on Dec 19th last year and it said that I would get £50 cashback. It did say that the earnings were slow and would take around 3 months.
It's now almost 6 months and since the end of March, it has given a 'payment date', which at the end of the month is now just rolling over to the next month.
It was suggested to me by a mate at work that it is time to contact Quidco and find out what's going on, but when I've tried to do this, it says I can't as it has no record of me clicking through to this vendor within the last 15 weeks!
Any suggestions on how I can get in touch with them to find out what is going on?
