Court Docs received after settling my debts

Hi All
not sure if this is the right place to post this, In March I settled all of my debts by making full and final offers. This morning I have recived a Claim Form from Nottingham County Court on behalf of Next claiming I owe them £183.20 including court costs.
I have contacted their solicitors who referred me to Moorcroft. Moorcroft have confirmed that its their mistake and they have forgot to update their systems and they will retract the claim.
I will be filing a defence as a safeguard however should I also make a counter claim for my costs and time ? 3 or 4 phone calls and about an hour phoning around, if so how muchshould I counterclaim for?
Thanks

I would make make the claim for costs and maybe 10-12 for your time. I think £12 an hour is around the average hourly rate for the average earner. Sounds reasonable to me. Maybe a little for stress and inconvenience if it is allowed.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/2000

They are withdrawing their claim so a counterclaim isn't realy appropriate.
As Moorcroft have admitted their mistake you could ask for a written apology and re-imbursement of reasonable costs0
