Do you pay any postage to use the service?..........if you have not used lovefilm since getting "that" dvd and continued to pay the membership for the last couple of months,then,you have saved lovefilm quite a bit in postage,so they should look kindly on your problem....................

I am sure you sent it back in the post and you only told me the other day how you rarely check your account so didnt notice they hadnt received it until now! happened with me a couple of times and never charged me.
