I feel like i`m mentally and physically shutting down

ive got an appointment at last to go for a laparoscopy at the end of August, and although i`m petrified (I hate being put out) it cant come soon enough, i cant go on like this much longer, ive been in bed 2 days, i just cant function.
At least after they may help me get myself sorted.
