Pension Transfer Via Cavendish

How long does it take to transfer a stakeholder pension?
I'm trying to transfer my stakeholder pension from Virgin Money to L&G using Cavendish. I received a letter from Virgin Money at least 12 weeks ago, informing me that that they had sent the fund value to L&G. But since then nothing.
I have had to continuously chase Cavendish for details about what is happening, ( forgotten forms, forms sent twice, L&G didn't tell us this ) yet I still have no documents for the new stakeholder.
Anybody else have problems?
