dear all,
feel free to move this if it's in the wrong place. have been trying to get through to pixmania for ages re: a returned item that still has not been refunded/ replaced after 5 months (they've had my money for that long) but they keep you waiting forever on their phone line, and nothing has been done despite loads of e-mails to them. does anyone have a non-0870 number for them?

By putting this "792 Fulham Road" (including the quotes) into Google.co.uk and doing a UK search, I got the following phone numbers:

For a company called "Fulham Video" : 020 7736 2565
For a company called "Jtt Electronics" : 020 7736 7923

Might be useful???

Perhaps a good strong letter sent by recorded delivery might get them to cough up?

Have you tried the site https://www.saynoto0870.com lists alternative numbers,and if not there u ask members for help.

Send an email to say that you cannot ring the 0870 number and ask them to call you at a set time.

Then when they call, the geographical number might be displayed on the caller display id.

Save this number and add it to the saynotot0870 site.
