Storing Ham

Hello Folks
I have ham (and maybe other cooked meats) as part of a couple of my work days lunch. Up to now I have been buying said products from the supermarket deli counter either on a Saturday or Sunday and they will stay in the wrapper until needed. The wrapper tends to be polythene type stuff and does cause the ham etc to sweat.
What can I do to alleviate this problem?
