First Direct, 5 Year Fix Offset at 5.98%, total fees £598 (includes legals) plus valuation fee (if house visible from road and of standard construction valuation is £99).
If it's a simple remortgage and no complications in your circumstances some of the best deals, as far as interest rates go, are currently direct with the lenders and not with brokers.0 -
How about a 20 year fixed rate 5.99% from N&P with £599 fees and free valuation. Not sure I could ever recomend anyone to fix a rate for 20 years but in current climate it does look tempting!I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Sounds like a good deal to me, saves the hassle of remortgaging and paying fees every 2-3-5 years.0
