Sounds like this company are offering an IVA as the fees they charge are high so they will make a lot of money out of you.
The debt charities do support you and help you. I'm on a DMP with CCCS at the moment and it's the best thing I've done for a long time. At least I'm starting to get a decent night's sleep!Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Hi Everyone,
In the space of a couple of hours I have managed to start sorting out my life thanks to all of you that have replied to my thread.
Earlier today I was so low - ready to run away from it all and you all have managed to lift me up, stand back and do something about it!
I feel loads better and more positive.
I will continue to chat to you all and also help if I can - as we have all been there at our lowest of low times thinking there is no way out of the mess.
No one to chat to thinking your the only one in this mess.
It is so great to have this support - beats Prozac anyday!!
