Thurrock - workshop space for car restoration
We're looking in Thurrock, Essex for some short-term workshop space to restore a classic car, i've tried the local paper and the proper commercial spaces cost far to much, the smallest places start at over £1200 a month!
Can anyone suggest places i could try.

Goodness gracious, that's a lot of money you could rent a big house for that.
