Bankruptcy Questions

First of all I would like to thank everyone who made me welcome yesterday and really helped me. I hope you don’t mind if I ask some more questions.
I’ve been trying to work out my outgoings which are as follows. Could someone have a look at it for me please, I realize I won’t be able to claim all this and most of the options are not even listed on the bankruptcy form I got from CAB so what is it they count as housekeeping. This is what I’ve got; figures are rounded up to nearest pound.
Monthly Income
Incapacity Benefit £405.
Monthly Outgoings
Rent / Board £163.
Food £65.
Home Phone £8. (this is half of calls cost)
Mobile Phone £5. (pay as you go)
Internet £11.
Eating out £4.
Clothes £10.
Pet Food £5.
Pet Costs £15. (Vet)
Education Course £11.
Newspapers/Magazines £8.
Dentist £10.
Optical £10.
Haircut £6
Toiletries £10
Health Costs £10 (Not prescriptions*)
Union Fees £6
Hobby £5
Holiday £10
Birthdays £8
Christmas £8
Total Income £405
Total Outgoings £388
I am currently paying £21 a month for prescriptions, but CAB has said I’ should be able to get them free on low income grounds so I’ve not included them in the above list. I have sent the form off and waiting to find out if I can.
How can I prove alot of this? Money like my board and chipping in to food cost, home phone, internet, newspapers etc. I just give to dad so I don't have receipts, plus stuff like haveing my hair cut and vets i've never bother with receipts.
I am applying for DLA benefit which CAB have said could be 3 to 4 months before I hear about it. If I do get this and hopefully some back money with it, how will that affect the bankruptcy?
I have a PayPal account (currently empty) but I’ve been trying to sell some bits second-hand on eBay, nothing big or worth loads, just craft stuff, books and a few ornaments. I managed to raise £250 in march for a vet bill and I’m thinking of doing it again now to try and get the money for the bankruptcy, thing is I know I will have another large vet bill about autumn time, will I still be able to do this after I’ve been made bankrupt or should I wait till I’ve got the money I need for my vet bill?
Could someone tell me what they put in the paper about you when you’re made bankrupt, do they put all your debts in and where you live etc.

Could someone tell me what they put in the paper about you when you’re made bankrupt, do they put all your debts in and where you live etc. i don't think they put all your separate debts or anything, just your previous (and current address) I never actually saw mine

As far as I am aware, they arnt allowed to take any money out of your benifits, so dont worry about it too much. Waspeze has got good figures, so go with them, but dont worry too much as you should have to do an IPA anyway. with regards to Pay pal, I would save it for your vet bills, but dont allow too much to accumulate in the Paypal account, once you have £50, take it out and ask your parents to keep it to one side or something.
As I understand it you are allowed to sell your own belonings, but you are not allowed to buy things to sell. But I could be wrong about this.Bankruptcy Supporters Club No.1790 -

Birthdays £8These 3 are a grey area if you have surplus income add them but from what i can see you don't need them in as you wolud then be in defict and the OR might question that.
