    If you're sending a letter make sure you register it so it has to be signed for at the other end and send it to someone high up. that way at least they cant deny they've had the letter. ( I have had this with LLoyds)

    Adding the bits in that link specifically regarding the calls to work may be helpful. :)

    Your telephone calls are in breach of the Office of Fair Trading guidelines. If you continue with them after the receipt of this letter an official complaint, together with a log recording the times and frequency of the calls will be passed both to that office and to the Trading Standards office.

    Furthermore, your telephone calls to my place of employment constitute harassment on your part; and also an attempt to put undue pressure on a debtor by attempting to embarrass them at their place of work.

    ANY further telephone calls to my place of employement will result in a formal complaint being raised with relevant authorities. This will be relevant to questions of your fitness to hold a licence under the Consumer Credit Act, whether or not it results in a prosecution.
