Hi just a quick question !! Is it possible for me to claim back bank charges on an account I have recently closed down ? It is one of the creditors we owe not on account but a cc !

You can claim back charges even if the account is closed. Any monies refunded may however go towards other debts you have with that company.After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
