Photos into Posts or PMs?

Hi there.

Need some help from you knowledgable peeps please. Can anyone tell me how you can insert a photo into a post or PM other than by changing your Avatar?

Need to send a photo to someone pref through PM to save boring the whole group with it.

Any ideas?

you'll need to upload it to webspace such as www.photobucket.com. then when you have it uploaded you'll need to put the address to it in the IMaGe tags [img][/img]

Right. I have got as far as the picture uploaded into PhotoBucket. Where do I stick the img, tags etc business to get my photo into the PM?

Sorry if all this is blatantly obvious, please go easy on me!

photobucket is easy..
Under the picture in the thumb nail gallery it has 3 links under it. The last one being IMG. copy that line and paste it into your PM and off you go.

You can do a message and put the code like this

photobucket takes away the need for the img tags though as it already supplies them in the link boxes.

All you have to to after uploading a picture is to click the code once so its
highlighted in blue then right click your mouse and choose copy, the go
to the post/message you want to write then position the mouse to where you want the piccy in the post/message and right hand click the mouse and choose paste.
