Cheap girls' knickers

No, this isn't a rude thread!
My neighbour was just telling me how expensive it is to buy knickers for her kids, aged 3 (she probably needs knickers for 3-4) and 19 months.
Do any of you MSE gurus know good places to buy knickers for girls?

Thanks so much for all the replies. The neighbour came round last night and we had a night together listing (her) stuff on Ebay. I confess
that I forgot to come back here yesterday and show her the results.
Anyway, I think you have confirmed our plan, which is to look in Primark and Woolworths (no-one mentioned Woolies by name, but it seems to come under the general supermarket/local chain store ethos that people are recommending). Both of these are present in our local town centre, and she will pass them with the girls quite conveniently.
AND you can all pat yourselves on the back, because I was also trying to show my neighbour what a great, helpful site this is and how useful it will be to her in saving money, and I think you have proved that in spades!
