Mint terminated my DMP - advice please

I have been on a DMP with Myvesta for over a year now with no problems, however this morning my credit card statment from Mint came through asking for the best part of £500. If I don't pay this I will have interest and charges added to my account.
Why are they doing this to me? I don't have any extra money at all....not a penny!
I will inform Myvesta and hope they can deal with it but would appreciate any advice on the best course of action

Could it be that your initial agreement for an interest & fee-free period with Mint was for 12 months?0

Some DCA's periodically review the situation regarding the interest, and it may just be the case that Myvesta need to contact them to ask them to freeze it again.
Are you paying a fee for myvesta's services? There are free ones out there (Payplan/CCCS). Never pay money to a third party when these fees can be set against your creditors.

thanks for your advice - I'll see what Myvesta have to say and yes, Katyw - I have to pay Myvesta £25 a month. I have approached CCCCS and Payplan and neither would help as we don't fit their criteria.
