    This is more fun than watching a housing market crash!
  • Just shoes how lopsided those contracts are. If you are buying and pull out last minute, you have to pay them to "re-market" the home. If they pull out, then all's well.

    Arent the people being screwed for remarketing costs people who have exchanged or done whatever the law regards as similar equivilent in Scotland ?
