Scissors for 13p

I always have a look along the back aisles in Tesco and yesterday found childs scissors reduced to 13p. They are encased in plastic on cardboard. Not sure wether you are allowed to put scissors inside the Chrstmas boxes for Rumania but if you are they would be ideal. Also Christmas stockings, childs party goody bags, the make and do draw etc...
