Please advise

I have built a property, It s valued at £500,000 and have mortgage for £130,000.
I have credit cards and loans of around £23K and a poor credit score. Can anyone advise how to get rid of the creditcards and loans as the payments are killing me.
I have tried my bank to put the lons on to my mortgage but as i hve only been self employed for 18 months they do not want to know. Thanks

See a whole of market mortgage broker. They will be able to recommend lenders that will consider you.

A secured loan may be the answer if you wish to retain your current mortgage as it is.
