Please can someone tell me, if you are charged an MEAF on a commercial mortgage can you claim this back the same way as a residential morgage? - I was charged a considerable amount by the bank.

From my understanding, commercial mortgages are unregulated products so you may struggle to enforce a claim on this fee.0
