ipod classic 80gig £135

After spending the best part of a week trawling all the usual discount sites . I decided to buy my ipod classic 80 gig from currys (priced£159) got them to price check it , as I saw it in John Lewis for £149.Did this and went away happy with my ipod and getting a discount.
Was in my local Littlewoods direct in Nottingham (Bulwell Branch) and saw the same ipod for £135 !! (was £150 less 10 %)
If only I had waited a day !
Also , got my Kensington speaker/dockibng station from Richer Sounds for £19-95 (should be £79-95 with £50 off making it £29-95) , but if you join their VIP club (email updates) you get £10 off.
Great speakers for less than £20.
Also used my Burger King vouchers for lunch , so yesterday was a very good MS day :beer: :j :beer:

thats a great price! also the 2nd gen of iphones is being announced in the next week or so, so hopefully the classics will reduce even more.

I'm pretty sure you can still go back to Currys and get them to price match the Littlewoods store in the form of them refunding the difference + 10%. I think it's 7 days from date of purchase. Best to check instore, as the policy on the website is relevent to online orders only.

You just need to take your reciept.
Their policy is very similar, if not the same as the coment policy below -

If you purchase a product from a Comet store and find the identical product at a lower price in another retailer within 10 miles of the store, not only we will we match the in-store price, we will also give you 10% of the difference. Simply let us know within 14 days of your purchase.
For orders placed online or by telephone, we will match an in-store price. The retailer's store must be within 10 miles of your local Comet store
All we ask

• It's in stock and available for immediate delivery
• It must verified either by written evidence (e.g. advert, quotation etc) or verbally from our competitors

had a look on the currys website , and the 110 % price match only applies to certain stores ie john lewis , asda , argos etc.

but not littlewoods clearnce where I saw the ipod for £135
