NIC Contributions over 30 years

I am 52, female and I have paid NIC for 31 qualifying years.
When I rang the pensions Office was told that I will qualify for a full pension when the time comes.
I am now only working between 9 and 15 hours a week at a rate of £8.50 an hour. Some weeks I pay no tax or NIC but sometimes I do pay a small NIC amount.
Do I need to pay this NIC element or could I opt out now? If so, how do i do so?
We are talking small amount, perhaps £3-5 a month but better in my paocket if possible!

You can't opt out. Under retirement age, you have to pay when your weekly or monthly pay reaches the threshold for payment.
