I've bought Glamour magazine every month since its launch and I've scoured south London for the last few days for the July issue to no avail because people who have never bought the mag in their lives are suddenly buying three copies. I don't even want the stupid lipgloss. I have loads already. I just want my favourite magazine.
There are already copies on ebay that people are trying to sell for way above cost price.
I doubt this is what Martin Lewis set up this website for. This isn't about money saving. It's about selfishness and greed.0 -
Bought four yesterday - one for me and ones for my mum, sister and best friend. Going to visit them all at the weekend and didn't want to turn up empty handed! They still had a load left at Sainsburys, Deepdale, Preston, if anyone wants to bag one. Although the checkout girl did look at me funny and ask me why I was getting so many! When I told her she didn't get it! Some people just don't know the meaning of a bargain0

everywhere i seem to go is run out of the magazine!
I might try the local tesco tomorrow but i can't seem to find it anywhere!0 -
The small shops and supermarkets local to me all have plenty of Glamour mags.
I live in a village so maybe trying the low traffic shops in rural areas is the way to go if you are trying to track down a copy.
A few people have asked how to find out what colour gloss is in the mag without opening the plastic, the name of the colour is written on the top of the box but if you look on the bottom of the box you'll see it is the same colour as the gloss inside.

Maybe if this post had been a bit less stroppy, somebody may have offered to send you an unwanted copy.
Hope you find a copy.0 -
Hi,
I couldn't find any Glamour mags in my local Asda or Tesco......has anyone managed to find some in Birmingham/West Midlands area?0 -
my daughter had been in every shop for these. We went to get some petrol yesterday and the garage had loads, all 3 colours. So if you're in sheffield, the bp garage on bramall lane is the place to go.0

Well bully for you that you have loads of lipglosses already, some of us cant afford to buy expensive lipgloss at 13 pounds a go. If you are that much of a fan of glamour why not subscribe to it? Then some kindly soul will post it through your letterbox every month and you wont have a problem with us selfish, greedy people.
Nice post by the way, if you had been nice i'm sure someone on here would have posted you a copy. I would have, but seeing as you came storming on here like a b1tch i'll just take my extra copies down to my local doctors and hospital waiting rooms. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

How rude!! Why are you even posting here?! Its not greed or selfishness its saving over £10 on an item that most people cannot afford to buy. And I think you will find thats exactly what this site is all about!! You wanted it and havent been lucky enough to get one so you have a childish outburst...this type of attitude is what is commonly known as 'spoilt brat'0
