    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    That's what the hairdresser said!

    They took photos for a portfolio. I got student rate as she was doing her NVQ but I think she had been cutting hair for a while. She is a learner where I work so I'm going to show it off to her tutor :D

    It was great - 3 hours of pampering and they did a deep conditioning treatment which was soooooooo relaxing.

    It's done me the world of good.

    Cost me £45 for permanent colour, cut and blow dry, but it is normally £100 and I'd just thought - sod it!

    it certainly does. The young lad doing the hair washing and head massages was having a days 'interview' to see if he could get an apprenticeship at the salon. He was great and I had it whispered to me he was going to be taken on - Ithought - someone is going to really appreciate those massaging hands of yours at some point!

    I paid more than that taking my cat, Dennis to the vets today! (bloomin vets, license to print money etc etc....)
    He'd been scrapping and his ikkle ear was swollen and infected.
    5 mins, 2 injections and £54 lighter angry-smiley-1497.gifwe came home.
